Sr. Irene Rivard, F.C.S., C.J. - Coordinator of Religious Education

Sister Coordinates religious education grades 1-6 and Pastoral Ministry to the Sick.
 She is a Daughter of the Charity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, an international order, whose motherhouse is in La Salle de Vihiers, France. The provincial house is located in Littleton, NH. Born in the green mountains, Sister Irene attended elementary and high school in Newport, Vermont. Her college pursuits have brought her to Albany, NY, Fairfield, CT, St. Louis, MO, and Assumption College in Worcester, MA. She has 3 brothers; two in Vermont (one of whom is a diocesan priest), and a younger brother who lives in Schenectady, NY.

Since 1988, Sister has been at Mount Carmel serving to bring God's Word to the young
and old through religious education, and acting as coordinator of Our Lady of Mount
Carmel's Pastoral Ministry to the Sick.
